Support for Victims of Modern Slavery (SVMS) Programme is undertaking early market engagement ahead of procuring a successor contract to the existing Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC).

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) directs interested potential suppliers to the Home Office's Jaggaer eSourcing portal, where they may complete an NDA and get access to further early market engagement documents.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The current Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC) was awarded in 2020 and is due to expire in June 2025 with an option to extend for a further three years.

The MSVCC enables victims’ recovery needs to be met and ensures that they are assisted to access NHS health care, legal aid, translation services, and where applicable, support to safely return to their country of origin, or a safe third country after conclusion of their National Referral Mechanism (NRM) journey. This contract supports adult victims in their recovery, alongside wider state support.

The Support for Victims of Modern Slavery (SVMS) Programme has been set up to procure a successor contract to the current MSVCC.
