This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Key Criteria

1. Evidence of CQC registration- the sub-contractor will share evidence of CQC registration.

2. Evidence of appropriate Indemnity Arrangements- the sub-contractor will share indemnity certificate with the authority on an annual basis.

3. Able to deliver an breast MRI reporting service on a weekly basis, with images shared via Image Exchange Portal, at the rate of approximately one week.

4. Report turnaround times are agreed at 5 working days after receipt of images.
