Reactive and Void repairs, OOH service and to include Medical Adaptations.
The Framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12-month periods at Ardenglen Housing Associations discretion. Work will be to approximately 982 properties owned by Ardenglen Housing Association and a further 6 factored properties. There will be a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 contractors awarded under this framework.
To carry out reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites within Ardenglen Housing Association’s stock as may be required from time to time during the Contract Period by the Contract Administrator or his representatives All trades works.
