We are looking for a youth provider with experience of running a youth-focused building and delivering direct youth work sessions to young people aged 11 to 19 years (and up to 25 with SEND) to take on the running of the Blue Youth and Community Centre in Bermondsey, London. A minimum of 3 sessions (at least 2.5 hours) a week for young people are expected to be delivered under the contract with the capacity to run other activities across the week supporting the local community.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Please review all the attachments which include the Specification, Information Sheet, the Social Value requirements and the Evaluation methodology. Providers will need to submit an application outlining how they meet the key Quality criteria (Methodology document) and a completed Social Value Submission Sheet.

Questions can be submitted on the contract portal up to 12 noon on 16th April 2025.

There will be an open day at the Blue Youth Centre on 3rd April 2025 from 2.30pm to 5.00pm to see the building.

The tender opportunity closes at 5.00pm on 30th May 2025.
