The MEP (Managing Emotions Programme) sits within the increased offer to the primary care networks in West Berkshire for personality disorder difficulties. The MEP program aims to address the needs of people who currently fall between gaps in provision of psychological services for people with emotional regulation difficulties. It consists of psychoeducational courses at increasing level of complexity. The trust intend to award the contract to an existing provider under Direct Award process C of the Provider Selection Regime. The value of the contract is £112,489.39 ex VAT. The service will be provided 05/08/2025 - 04/08/2026

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 26th March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR
