ii) Classroom Occupancy
To this end the University wishes to appoint a supplier to provide, implement and maintain an electronic solution which will give the University the ability to capture, track and monitor attendance. It also requires a solution which will capture and display classroom occupancy.

The University incorporated a minimum 10 calendar days standstill period at the point information on award of the contract was communicated to all tenderers. The standstill period provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract was entered into.
