Scope
Description
Alumni UK is planning a mentoring programme to support alumni and community engagement. To inform the design and implementation of a pilot programme, we require: 1.a small-scale feasibility study to evaluate demand, programme models, and 2. advisory services to guide the planning and strategic implementation of a small-scale pilot. The feasibility study will also include a scoping exercise to ensure the programme adds value to what universities already offer their international alumni, avoiding duplication of existing initiatives.
