Environmental Responsibility (ER) Programme: This aim of this contract is to support the creative and cultural sector in embedding Arts Council England’s (ACE) Environmental Responsibility Investment Principle (ERIP), to measure and report sector progress of carbon reduction and environmental action. In summary, the Services to be provided by the Contractor include: (a)the provision of a free-to-access online Environmental Data Tool(s) ACE’s National Portfolio Organisations and Investment Principle Support Organisations (the Portfolio), which may be up to c.1000 organisations; (b) corresponding technical support and developmental support in using the tools; (c) sector development and leadership programmes for the Portfolio; (d) resource development and selective free-to-access content, tools and resources for the wider creative and cultural sector (beyond the Portfolio), including for individuals; (e)support and consultancy for ACE; and (f) monitoring, evaluation and advocacy of the above outputs.
