Bristol City Council in collaboration with the West of England Authorities wishes to develop a list of approved providers through an DPS/open framework who will provide specialist pre employment, short term in work support and work and personal skills training for participants with learning difficulty, learning disability or autism .
The aim of the ‘We Work for Everyone’ project is to offer a unified approach to improving employment outcomes for people with learning disabilities living in the West of England Combined Authority area. The programme is underpinned by the principles of specialist employment support and designed to respond to the specific needs of people with learning difficulty, learning disability or autism from age 16+.
‘We Work for Everyone’ will improve employment outcomes through a dedicated individualised approach to help people to find and retain paid employment.
