MPS have recently invested and implemented a Learning Management System. A significant enabler to the LMS is the introduction of a semi-autonomous scheduling tool that is capable of forecasting demand, allowing SPOCs the opportunity to smooth training demand and better utilise limited resources. Potentially when used in conjunction with the waiting list functionality pulling forward candidates for mandated, operationally imperative training in pinch point areas of their individual and collective syllabus.
