Scope
Description
A copyright license agreement with The Newspaper Licencing Agency (NLA) provides indemnification that mitigates the risk of any FCA staff potentially breaching copyright law through activities undertaken in the workplace. These include photocopying, distribution, and storage of electronic copies of newspaper publishers' content in emails or records management systems within the organisation.
