Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Any Qualified Provider (“AQP”) for the Provision of Podiatry Services.

KCHFT is seeking to award new contracts for routine care Podiatry health services under an Any Qualified Provider model. KCHFT intends to establish a list of qualified providers to provide safe, high quality, and equitable community podiatry services driven by clinical excellence and responsive to the needs of the Kent and Medway population. The service will be delivered to support KCHFT podiatry to meet the need of their registered patients at times of peak demand.

The AQP programme aims to give patients more choice about where they receive routine care Podiatry health services. Patients can choose from a list of providers, based on their own preference and the reputation of the provider offering the service.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Any Qualified Provider (“AQP”) for the Provision of Podiatry Services.

KCHFT is seeking to award new contracts for routine care Podiatry health services under an Any Qualified Provider model. KCHFT intends to establish a list of qualified providers to provide safe, high quality, and equitable community podiatry services driven by clinical excellence and responsive to the needs of the Kent and Medway population. The service will be delivered to support KCHFT podiatry to meet the need of their registered patients at times of peak demand.

The indicative annual value of activity through the AQP is £50,000.00 (exclusive of VAT). Please note that AQP contracts awarded will have no minimum contract value as the contract value for a particular AQP provider will be dependent on activity and patient choice. The awarded qualified bidders (if any) will need to confirm that their organisation is in agreement that there will be no guarantees of volume or payment.
