Description
The Councils' Good Relations Programme is currently organising the delivery of a MultiCultural Music and Dance programme to schools with within the Borough. This project is
pilot project delivered through to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough
Council's Good Relations Programme which is part-financed by The Executive Office of
Northern Ireland. This pilot though will be delivered within a school setting, future delivery
subject to contract extension, may also include youth group setting within the community.

Description of possible extension:
The successful organisation may be asked to deliver the same project, for up to 3
additional years, based on the costs submitted in November 2025. This will be under the
condition that project evaluations clearly show successful delivery, year on year, to the
standard contained in this specification. Any contract extension, up to these 3 years, will
be subject to funding availability and offered 1 year + 1 year + 1 year basis.
