Blackpool Council is looking to appoint 6 suppliers to a framework to provide Transportation of Children, Young People & Adults (9-16 Passenger Seat Vehicles).

The Integrated Transport Service is required to provide home to school and school to home transport over 190 days per year for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities who have been approved by the Council as meeting the Council’s Policy for Travel Assistance. Blackpool Council are looking to appoint 6 suppliers to provide a passenger transport service to undertake these trips.

The Hours of Operation for this service, under normal circumstances, are 07.30 – 10.30 and 14.00 - 17.30, Monday-Friday during the school academic year i.e. excluding school holiday periods and training days as appropriate. This equates to approx. 39 weeks per year.
