The service will include a social worker to work with children suffering with Cystic fibrosis .
After consideration including a key considerations form the decision has been made to award to Barnardo’s using the Provider Selection Regime Direct Award A. The trust has a current SLA in place with Barnardo’s for the service and has established that no changes will be made to the service.
The contract will be awarded for 3 years and will be to the value of 146,366 including VAT
The service is to commence on 01-04-2025 until 31-03-2028.

'This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

During the decision making process a conflict of interest forms was declared between all decision makers. These included the manger of pediatrics and myself the buyer for Women and Children.
