Engagement process description
This notice is to inform you that the first document, in draft, IS available for interested parties to review through our Delta etendering portal - https://login.bipsolutions.com/casDelta/login?service=https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/j_spring_cas_security_check
The first document to be released is the draft contract for the purchase of two new state of the art ships for Trinity House.
We ask that interested parties register through the Delta portal to access these documents.
The contract is subject to further amendment at the Authority's sole discretion. Whilst the Authority is seeking feedback on the entire document, it has a specific interest in any "red flag" areas which may prevent suppliers from participating in the procurement, in their opinion. Feedback on such areas will particularly assist the Authority in developing its approach to the contractual documentation/procurement.
Feedback can be provided via a message on Delta, by 23:59 on 31 March 2025.
This is the first in a series of documents to be released and there will be no prejudice should no feedback be provided on this or other draft documents shared for comment. The Authority will review all feedback provided by the deadline, but does not guarantee that it will incorporate any of the feedback received into any contractual/procurement documentation or element of the procurement process.
