Norfolk County Council, as a tree owner, has a direct responsibility to ensure that its trees do not pose a danger to the public or property and is obliged to take all reasonable care to ensure that any foreseeable hazards can be identified and made safe. The Council are seeking to appoint a number of contractors to a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of tree surgery services on Norfolk County Council Land. It is expected that this work will predominately involve aerial work.
