FXPlus is seeking a partner for the supply of Fresh & Frozen Meat and Fish to all of its catering outlets on both the Penryn and Falmouth campuses. The successful bidder will work with the FXPlus team over the contract duration and develop a collaborative partnership offering support, services, innovation, sustainability and value for money.

The specification below is set out for the specific services of the supply of Fresh & Frozen Meat and Fish for Catering outlets managed by FXPlus, in accordance with the quality expectations and delivery times as set out below.

The purpose of this specification is to ensure that our suppliers and products align with our department purpose to provide a wide choice of food and drink at convenient locations across the campus at an affordable price. We want to develop local supply chains to minimize food miles and to ensure that fresh and seasonal produce is used wherever possible and to provide value for money.
