• Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) which, during the term of this Framework Agreement, is likely to be replaced by Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) - subject to the approval of the Health and Care Bill which is currently going through Parliament. The changes proposed in the Health and Care Bill also include expansion of the boundary defined by the current Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG to take in Bassetlaw. For the avoidance of doubt, from the point at which the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB is established this Framework Agreement will be accessible to all Commissioners within its newly established geographical boundaries.

The volume and type of training that will be the subject of 'Call-Off' contracts under the Framework Agreement will be informed by the outcome of a Training Needs Analysis which has been commissioned separately from the Framework Agreement by the Lead Commissioner, Nottinghamshire County Council and is due to report in April 2022.
