NHS England and Improvement South West are seeking a partner through which to develop a regional approach to attracting and growing talent for innovation and improvement across the region.

We are seeking a partnership that will create a pool of talented innovators and entrepreneurs with the ability to resolve high profile problems across health and social care.

The successful organisation will have a track record of working with government agencies. They will be able to demonstrate experience in working with senior health and care leaders to coach improvement leadership skills and to shape and select problem areas.
