Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) is looking to re-procure the APMS contract for 5+2 years for GP services to a 4,929 registered list of patients. It is expected that the contract holder will continue to build the registered list of patients; population growth in the area has an indicative growth of 1,500 in the next 10 years.
The APMS baseline price will be the GMS price. The 2023/24 GMS price is £99.76 per weighted patient (weighted list size being 4,560.32 as at 1/1/24) once out of hours deduction is applied.

NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) are seeking to secure a prime provider who has the capability and capacity to delivery an APMS service, in line with the specified requirements.
The contract duration is 5 years with the option to extend for a further two years, service commencement date 01st October 2024.
The premises are situated in the Shinfield Health Centre, School Green, Shinfield, Reading.
TUPE will apply to the transfer of the Contract from the incumbent provider to the incoming provider and this information will be supplied to Bidders on request.
Total Value of the contract is £3,234,563
