Cambridge City Council is seeking a contractor for the refurbishment of the existing MOT Garage facility on Cowley Road, Cambridge, into a renewed MOT facility for the servicing of Class 4 vehicles. The works comprise the strip out and refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing MOT Garage building. The tendering strategy is a competitive single stage tender with the outcome being a lump fixed price for the works, under a Design and Build procurement route.
