2. A central requirement of the Communities Housing & Planning Services is to ensure that Council properties, facilities and assets are of a proper standard, are properly maintained in a manner that complies with statutory legislation and that the appropriate records are maintained. This Contract is to carry out the maintenance and refurbishment works to void properties including, but not limited to, kitchens, bathrooms, rewires, heating, decoration and void repairs.
