This PIN is on behalf of the University of Strathclyde (UoS). Scotland Excel is acting on behalf of UoS in the execution of this tender but will not be party to the contract or the management of the contract throughout its lifetime.
Please note that at this stage of the contract development modifications may be made from those stated in this notice.
At this stage, there is an opportunity for interested parties to consult with Scotland Excel in relation to the potential contract. Scotland Excel endeavours to implement the most effective contract on behalf of UoS and suppliers. Therefore, invites suppliers to provide input in relation to the potential scope and structure of the contract including, but not limited to, minimum qualifications, technical requirements and commercial elements.
