Thames Valley Police (TVP) and Hampshire Constabulary (HC) are seeking a suitable provider to implement a joint workforce management tool (software application) to use across both forces as a SaaS solution for at least a five-year contract term. The new solution will replace the existing the systems with one solution hosted in the cloud. We anticipate running an open procurement process depending on the responses received from this PIN. Bidders maybe asked to participate in an engagement exercise. Both forces shall require training on the software application and we wish to work with the chosen provider to have ongoing robust service and maintenance support. Currently TVP and HC use two different workforce management tools hosted on prem.
