two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Ofgem requires a successful tenderer to provide occupancy sensors in each of Ofgem’s office locations. The locations at present are as follows:

* London – 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU

* Glasgow – 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH

* Cardiff – Ty William Morgan, 6-7 Central Square, Cardiff, CF10 1EP

The successful tenderer will need to provide and implement desk, room, flow and environmental sensors in order for the Ofgem team to receive data to understand the office utilisation and monitor the internal environment. The sensors should be a standalone system that does not require integration with the Ofgem IT infrastructure.

Each site will need a full survey to confirm the exact number of sensors required with input from the successful tenderer to give an indication of the requirements in relation to the sensors host device and optimal location for the router in each location.
