NHS England - East of England (referred to as the Commissioner) intend to award a contract to:

1. Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust,
2. Brook Young People,
3. Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and
4. Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust RYX

for the Provision of Cervical Screening and Opportunistic Section 7a Immunisations in sexual health services across the East of England region following a robust Competitive Process.

Services are expected to commence on 1st April 2025 and end 31st March 2030.

The contract will be delivered under the NHS Standard Contract (2024/25 Particulars General Conditions and Service Conditions (full lengths)) for a duration of three years with the commissioner having the option to extend the contract for up to a further two years.

Contracts awarded as a result of this process do not commit activity and are zero value. The maximum estimated total contract value available based on total budget available and 100% activity completed, for the full contract duration

The lifetime value of the contracts (collectively for all four providers) ((including extensions)) is £692,160.00.

This is a new service and has been awarded to a new provider.

Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 12pm (midnight) on 24th March 2025.
