This notice is issued in accordance with Reg 32(2)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations to explain the use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication in this instance.
The maintenance and support of an existing housing benefit system for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive to include future legislative changes has been awarded to Northgate Public Services (UK) Ltd to guarantee continued maintenance and support of the existing system. The existing housing benefit system is iWorld software owned by Northgate Public Services (UK) Ltd, Northgate are the sole company who can maintain and support the housing benefit system.
