Description

Scope includes, but is not limited to highways construction, maintenance, civil engineering, protective coatings, road markings, and pavement testing services.

Description

Dropped crossings (batch delivery), drainage works (routine and urgent), traffic calming, reactive patching and safety works.

Framework operation description

The Authority intends to appoint up to three Suppliers per Lot, and appointed suppliers will be eligible to receive call off and/or direct award opportunities during the term of the Framework. Details of how work will be awarded under the Framework, including the call off process and allocation mechanisms, will be fully set out in Stage 2 as part of the tender documentation.

Weighting description

Stage 1 comprises the Conditions of Participation. Suppliers will be assessed on their legal, financial and technical ability to deliver the requirements. This assessment will be carried out on a pass/fail and scored basis in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. Suppliers who meet the Conditions of Participation will be shortlisted and invited to participate in Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender).
