The City of London are seeking a Contractor to undertake the fire remediation works to the Heritage Doors only at the Barbican Centre. The successful Contractor will be responsible for the remediation (repair or replacement) strategy for all 354 doors.

The design and fixed pricing exercise will be completed by the successful Contractor under a PCSA.

The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated contract value is estimated to be a range between £3,000,000 and £5,000,000.
