The service is specifically, but not exclusively, for Jewish residents aged between 18-65 years of age, who live in Salford, Bury and Manchester, specifically those at the greatest risk of experiencing hardship and poverty due the cost-of-living crisis, including those who are unemployed, employed/underemployed and residents with skills deficiencies.
