Scope

Description

This is a Calling Notice only and not a tendering opportunity.

The Royal Navy's Develop Directorate will host an online Industry Engagement event on 14 May 2025.

The Naval Strike Network (now Strike Net) programme was launched in 2022 with a remit to deliver the common data standards and architecture to enable rapid and effective integration of uncrewed assets e.g. UAVs into the maritime deployed domain where operations are often as part of a multi-national force.

In 2024 the programme's remit expanded to include the communications and software architecture to enable effective integration and delivery of effect across crewed and uncrewed platforms in a hybrid multi-national environment. As such Strike Net is at the heart of many future capabilities that are being developed in multiple operating domains.

Designed for deployed operations in a contested and congested environment it has three main capability themes:

- Communications bearers and management.

- Peer to peer data sharing to enable third party exploitation.

- Uncrewed Vehicle integration.
