The Museum will be inviting tenders from pre-qualified bidders to be our partner in transporting the exhibition Setworks and equipment for Fantastic Beasts™: The Wonder of Nature tour, ensuring that each component arrives at its destination intact and on schedule. This is highly specialist work transporting and storing museum exhibition setworks.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Services comprise the highly specialist transportation and storage of the setworks and equipment for the whole exhibition, based on the indicative schedule of international venues and timings. However, please note that as there is a natural break in the tour to allow for exhibition maintenance, the requirement is divided into two parts. The Museum intends to contract for Part 1 in mid-2021, with an option, at its sole discretion, to contract for Part 2 in 2023 when Part 1 will be nearing completion. At that time, the Museum will elect either to award Part 2 or to re-tender the requirement.
