Full tender completed in August 2022 for Lot 1 which was Sweden. Tenders were not able to demonstrate experience and expertise required.
This has been published on a voluntary basis as the University of Warwick is not signed up to the PCRs.
We now intend to direct award to Kantar as they have demonstrated the required experience and expertise.
Direct award has been deemed appropriate route after failed open market process which was originally advertised.
