It is a key priority to provide the business with a new WAN design, moving away from converged networking wherever possible and towards dedicated cloud connectivity for all sites across the LNER route.

The purpose of the LAN element of this tender is to provide hardware only to LNER in the form of a single vendor solution with a single management suite for all LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure end to end provided to LNER for simplified and cohesive proactive future management.

The Station Wi-Fi replacement will be to provide to LNER a scalable and performant wi-fi solution to service both customers and staff with Internet access across our Station environments.

Our objective is to reach out and discover a market partner who can help us to introduce a resilient, performant and scalable end to end business network infrastructure solution that is fit for purpose and fit for the future business requirements.
