The project will be delivered by an experienced arts organisation/s with a track record of delivering high quality arts provision to improve health and wellbeing.

List and brief description of conditions

The appointed arts partner(s) will co-create high-quality arts intervention programmes in collaboration with attendees.

38 sessions will run weekly. Each session will last 2 hours and take place on a regular day and time agreed by all attendees and partners, at an accessible venue.

Patients will be referred for a maximum of 16 weeks. During this time, the artist will support participants to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to engage in community provision after completing HARP.

Workshops will have a limited number of participants (exact number to be confirmed).

At least two professional artists will support the delivery of each workshop.
