II1.4 The Street Lighting LED Upgrade (Equipment Replacement) contract will primarily consist of the replacement of 42,731 existing lanterns with LED lanterns such that the Service comprises the following ‘works’:• Survey;• Design;• Supply;• Removal / installation;• Updating inventory;• Verification and for the period until 30th September 2023 all works associated with street lighting capital works and third-party works including column replacement, lantern replacements, new complete unit installations, unit removals, illuminated sign and bollard works, associated trenching, ducting backfill and reinstatement, private and DNO cabling connections. II2.4 The Street Lighting LED Upgrade (Equipment Replacement) contract will consist of the replacement of 42,731 existing lanterns with LED lanterns and the delivery of wider street lighting services described in II1.4 above for the period until 30th September 2023V2.4 Total value of the contract/lot: £12,500,000 in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
