INTENTION TO AWARD

The Relevant Authority intends to award contracts for the above Lots to existing providers under Direct Award C under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
The contracts will commence 01 April 2025 for an initial period of 7-years with the option of a 3-year extension period at the discretion of the Relevant Authority subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.
