Merthyr County Borough Council require a new asset management software system, which will contribute towards the efficiency of the Council. It is necessary to procure a reliable, fully integrated system, which will provide central, comprehensive and accurate information to enable effective management of Council assets. The Corporate Asset Management system will also have an integral role in the preparation of the Council’s accounts.
