Sandwell Council is seeking qualified and experienced service provider(s) to deliver a comprehensive Key Worker/Holistic support delivery model to lead on wrap around support and planning for move on and resettlement in Sandwell. The tender aims to enhance the resettlement support services provided at present and work with the Housing Solutions Service to strengthen capacity for effective coordination and support for the cohort. The purpose of this tender is to solicit proposals aimed at empowering refugees and asylum seekers by enhancing their access to employment, housing, digital skills, and overall wellbeing. The project seeks to build on existing partnerships and adopt a holistic, whole-system approach to supporting refugees who have gained asylum. The objective is to deliver a more efficient and effective service to customers while ensuring improved social and economic growth.
