Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for the servicing, maintenance, repair, call outs and all consequential labour, travelling and material charges of existing and newly installed equipment within the BCP Council managed older people and extra care housing.

This includes hardwired scheme equipment (Tunstall and Chubb) and other associated equipment such as door entry.

This contract has been divided into lots which are:

• Lot 1 - Poole Neighbourhood

• Lot 2 - Bournemouth Neighbourhood

Bidders can tender for a single lot or multiple lots.

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for the servicing, maintenance, repair, call outs and all consequential labour, travelling and material charges of existing and newly installed equipment within the BCP Council managed older people and extra care housing.

This Lot is for the Poole neighbourhood and the hardwired Tunstall warden call system, and other associated equipment such as door entry.

The contract will commence on the 01 July 2023 and the contract term will be for two years with the option to extend annually for a further three years (2+1+1+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for five years. The anticipated start date of the contract is 01 July 2023.
