YPO in collaboration with ESPO and NEPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Insurance Placement and associated

services for the wider public sector. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public

sector organisations.

YPO is looking for insurance providers with the ability to provide services for various

categories of insurance cover to various types of public sector organisations including for

example, local authorities, education providers, central government, police and fire services

etc. A full list of potential users can be found within the tender documentation.

Further information regarding the expected solution is included below and further detailed

within the tender documentation.

DPS for the first round of the establishment. The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10

calendar days, and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision

before the DPS is made available for use by YPO and its collaborative partners customers.

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed

or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England,

Wales and Northern Ireland).
