Description

The objective of this tender is to empanel competent suppliers to provide Car Hire Services to FCDO in India. The contractor to ensure that their Firms should be duly incorporated under the law of India to provide vehicle transportation services. Staff members in British High Commission, British Deputy High Commission, Visiting Officials from the UK and non-Staff will be the potential service recipients of this Corporate Agreement.

The contracted company is expected to own their vehicles and not to have them franchised or rented through third parties.

The contractor will also be expected to provide to 24x7 support and should have the capacity to meet additional requirements on request as detailed, in the SOSR, throughout the contract performance period.
