Description
Welsh Government Commercial Delivery (WGCD) are looking to tender for the renewal of the existing NPS Framework Agreement for the Supply of Vehicle Spare Parts and Workshop Consumables. The supply of spare parts, workshop consumables and potentially, associated, optional, stores management services will be available to all Welsh Public and Third Sector bodies who have a requirement and will cover all types of vehicles and items of plant within their fleets.
The Scope of the Agreement broadly covers the following but further detail is provided in the tender documents:-
OEM and Aftermarket Parts for Cars, LCVs, HGVs, Specialist Vehicles and Plant, including batteries.
Workshop Consumables - including but not limited to disposables, low volume requirements for oils lubricants and additives
Managed Stores Services (limited requirement)
WGCD is looking for a single supplier for each of 3 geographic regions (Lots) and a 4th Lot to cover Wales as a whole. Further detail can be found in the Tender Documents.

Description
Supply of Vehicle Parts, Workshop Consumables and Optional Stores Services for the North Wales Region (comprising the geographic areas currently covered by the following Local Authorities): Cyngor Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey CC, Conwy CBC, Denbighshire CC, Flintshire CC and Wrexham CBC.
Due to it's unique geographic location, Powys CBC will have the option to select the most appropriate lot/s to suit their operational requirements.

- £12,000,000 excluding VAT
- £14,400,000 including VAT

Lot 2. South West Wales
Description
Supply of Vehicle Parts, Workshop Consumables and Optional Stores Services - South West Wales (comprising the areas currently covered by the following Local Authorities): Ceredigion CC, Pembrokeshire CC, Carmarthenshire CC, Swansea C&CC, Neath Port Talbot CBC.
Due to it's unique geographic location, Powys CBC will have the option to select the most appropriate lot/s to suit their operational requirements.

- £14,399,998 including VAT

Lot 3. South East Wales
Description
South East Wales (comprising the areas currently covered by the following Local Authorities): Bridgend CBC, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC, Cardiff Council, Caerphilly CBC, Merthyr Tydfil CBC, Newport CC, Torfaen CBC, Blaenau Gwent CBC, Monmouthshire CC.
Due to it's unique geographic location, Powys CBC will have the option to select the most appropriate lot/s to suit their operational requirements.

Lot 4.. All Wales
Description
All Wales - This lot provides national coverage for those Customer Organisations who wish to use the agreement but cover a geographic area which crosses the boundaries of lots 1 to 3. In addition, Powys CBC will have the discretion to select to use this lot or one or more of Lots 1-3 to best suit their unique geographic spread.

A single supplier will be appointed to each lot so direct call off will be the only call off method.
Individual Customer Organisations will work with the relevant supplier to finalise pricing based on their specific requirements and volumes.
Where relevant pricing will not exceed the framework pricing for the basket of parts or the margins specified at framework level.
