This is a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the EMPC and provider(s) agreement.

This is a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the EMPC and provider(s) agreement.

The current annual value of the contract for The East Midlands Pharmacy Collaborative Members (EMPC) is £32m.

We anticipate growth of this Contract with additional Trust take up and increase in patient numbers. The anticipated contract value over a 4 year period is in the region of £450m; depending on Contract take up by the Trusts listed in 11.2.4

Suppliers will be required to meet the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit Standard for their Information Systems
