Scottish Water Horizons is seeking parties prepared to participate in a competitive tendering procedure for the provision of pan-Scotland Consultancy Services to support our Developer Projects workstreams. The framework will be made up of two lots. All interested parties must stipulate to Scottish Water which lots they are interested in bidding for.
Lot 1 Water & Drainage Impact Assessment Consultancy
Lot 2 Flow & Pressure Testing
The work is generally related to surveys but the work may on occasion require visits to sites across Scotland for investigation activity. Please note this will be multi award framework and the envisaged maximum number of participants to the framework agreement is unknown at this stage.
Though the main body of activity will be with SW Horizons, SW reserves the right to engage with the framework directly if require and to add to or merge workstreams with one another or the other lots based on market engagement.

Scottish Water Horizons is seeking parties prepared to participate in a competitive tendering procedure for the provision of Consultancy Services to support our Developer Projects workstreams. Lot 1 covers the provision of Water and Drainage Impact Modelling Assessments. Scottish Water Horizons is seeking Pan-Scotland coverage.
All Applicants will be required to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire which will be evaluated and scored in order to select the suppliers who will be invited to participate in the bid process through the submission of a competitive tender.
Outline Description
1.Drainage and Water Impact Assessments – All aspects of modelling work from circa £5k up to £25K each.
2.The work is generally related to surveys but the work may on occasion require visits to sites across Scotland for investigation activity.
3.Suppliers will be required to interact with both Customers and Scottish Water and must be able to work to the highest standards of Customer Experience in accordance with Scottish Water’s and Scottish Water Horizon’s Customer Experience Measure requirements as a minimum.
4.The Supplier will be required to pass sufficient Scottish Water Horizons and Independent assessments regarding Health and Safety including compliance with DOMS and the Scottish Water Hygiene Code of Practice.
5.Commercial agreement will be in accordance with Scottish Water Horizons’ Terms and Conditions.
6.Please note that this will be multi award framework and the envisaged maximum number of participants to the framework agreement is unknown at this stage.

Applicants will be expected to be of sufficient financial and economic standing to support the anticipated contract value. All applicants must complete the financial questions within the pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents. Financial standing relevant to the anticipated contract value will be determined by Scottish Water based on the response to the pre-qualification questionnaire and any further financial checks deemed necessary.
