The Cyber Incident Response and Advisory (CIR) service is to provide assistance in the event of a significant cyber incident to recover university core services, or to provide assisting in assessing against threats or cyber advisories.

The Value used in II.1.7) Total value of the procurement (excluding VAT) is the maximum value of the range of £250,000 - £450,000, however, the University cannot give any guarantee as to the future value or volume of business awarded through this contract.

Explanation:

This framework agreement that was availed of was procured via the Open route and a notice was published on14 January 2020 in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) under reference 2020/S 011-021814. The Framework agreement used had already been tendered in accordance with the EU Directives. This award notice is voluntary. Reg: 50 (4); in the case of framework agreements, contracting authorities shall not be bound to send a notice of the results of the procurement procedure for each contract based on that agreement.
