YPO are looking for a wide range of providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) for the supply of Public Health & Associated Services, to the public sector but predominantly Local Authorities and NHS. Is anticipated that the DPS will cover the period from the 2nd of August 2021 to 1st August 2031. Please note that these dates are not definite and may change at YPOs sole discretion.

The proposed lot structure is designed to offer broad coverage of the Public Health themes. This may be subject to change based on the outcome of the pre-market engagement.

The NHS Health Check is a health check-up for adults in England aged 40 to 74. It is designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, or dementia.

The service may comprise of a range of activities, including, but not limited to.

• inviting individuals to attend a Health Check

• opportunistic targeting of individuals for a Health Check

• provision of the Health Check in a range of appropriate settings

The reason for this PIN is to engage with providers within this market area to ensure the route to market that is put together meets our customers exact needs and requirements.

We are looking to shape this DPS with the help of provider engagement to ensure that it can offer maximum coverage of services and an efficient approach to provider on boarding (inclusion) to the DPS.

YPO reserves the right to not commit to advertising this tender if we do so wish.
