The purpose of this PIN is to notify potential suppliers of the Authority’s intention to release a DPQQ for the requirement. This DPQQ will be accompanied by a formal Contract Notice.
This DPQQ and Contract Notice will be released through the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP). Suppliers interested in taking part on the DQPP will need to register for a DSP account if they do not already have one. Guidance for suppliers in completing the DPQQ will be available for download from the DSP, indicating grounds for mandatory exclusion, grounds for discretionary exclusion, and the relative weighting of the technical questions.
The indicative release date of the DPQQ is April 2022.
