To avoid placing children in unregistered provision, Essex County Council is keen to identify providers who would be willing to provide a solo provision of care. The purpose of which is to create a safe environment whereby a child can be fully supported with high quality trauma informed care whilst a more permanent and longer term placement is sought. This will be a block contract and will need to be a registered childrens home bed for any child with SEMH during a period of crisis
